Delivery was on time, and customer service was courteous and prompt. But the product itself was terrible, and made a joke of their advertised "in-depth inspection & testing".
In the first purchase, the mSATA controller failed after 1 day. Troubleshooting advice found on user forums, and from Lenovo phone customer support, did not fix the problem. I returned it for a refund, and purchased a replacement unit. Unfortunate, but acceptable so far.
However after one week the replacement laptop also failed, this time with an undetected hard drive at boot. After extensive troubleshooting, I determined the cause to be a botched installation -on an upgrade part they had installed! Someone at Computer Upgrade King forgot the rubber rails on the new hard drive, so it sat loosely in its slot held only by the card connector; a small bump was all it took to knock it loose.
This was not difficult to fix once the problem was diagnosed, but troubleshooting was an extremely time-consuming process. Not what you expect in a brand new product. Especially not twice.
Upon learning of the second defect Computer Upgrade King shipped me a free pair of rubber rails ($9). The unit seems to work fine now that I have fixed it, but the many hours I lost doing their quality control for them will never be regained. It was a great deal and after the last order from Amazon I expected some problem.... But to my surprise it was a great system and the only problem I have is updating software on it which is in Microsoft's ball park.
