Shipping was pretty fast and product was as described. The laptop was sent in its original box inside of a much, much larger box (with some, but not much packaging). Overall, it's been a positive experience.

I've had my laptop nearly 3 years and have been satisfied. It does what I exspected for the price. Only drawbackwhen you hover over something too long, it picks it automatically. Horrible feature and I can't figre out how to turn it off.

Sent it back. Didn't meet expectations. Windows 7 not up to Vista. Touch pad very sensitive. Things moved around to much unexpectedly
