I love this laptop, its fast and easy to maneuver. the only complaint I have is I don't want the t Mobil broadband and haven't been able to uninstall it so it creeps up a few times a day and I loose my info. I took it to the geek squad at best buy and they said it was removed but it isn't, so I will have to take it in again. Other than this I would recommend this to computer to all my friends

I've always trusted DELL w/ good quality products. This is yet another one of their products that works fabulous with NO PROBLEMS!!!! I've had 7-8 diff laptops over the years due to my business and the Dell laptops ALWAYS last longer and have a lot less problems! I would recommend this laptop to ANYONE!
