I like it, very fast but I dislike Windows 8. I can't wait for the update because it took a while before I could get used to this new OS

By the time being the laptop is great. I need a big screen and it is big enough for me. But I don't like Windows 8 nor the fact that you have to do all the dirty work yourself, I mean, basic configuration. It is not difficult for me but it takes time.

This laptop runs great excecpt that the Driver constantly crashes. I did research in an attempt to fix this problem and I found that this type of laptop isn't even designed for windows 8. So that was a bust. If it wasn't for the driver issues I would have loved it. I returned the laptop after one week.

Good basic laptop ,had problem it was missing the power supply it took forever for samsung to replace it horrible horrible customer service will never buy samsung product
