1) 2 LAPTOPS PURCHASED WITH 4 GB RAM, BUT ONLY 2GB RAM DELIVERED ON EACH LAPTOP.

Upon escalations, received the missing 4GB RAM after 8 days.

2) ONE LAPTOP HAD BOTTOM COVER OPEN I CLEARLY CAN SEE INTERNAL PARTS .. PHOTOS ALSO SENT TO SUPPLIER DATA SALES --

But the Vendor DataSales response is: Fix-it-yourself.

Pros:

-Very easy service/ upgrading

-Very stylish

-Intel Wireless Chip (never have connectivity issues)

-Matte Display

-Works with E-port Dock

Cons:

Hinge gets loose easily

Only comes with 2GB of RAM

Only comes with DVD-ROM drive not RW

My only complaint is that is should have been upgraded to 8GB or mememory. Other than that it was a good deal.

I was happy with my product, it is working perfectly, battery life is not new but I can work an hour without the charger. I love my laptop!
