I gave it 4 bcoz I believed more cld have been done in upgrading the software to a Mountain Lion other than that great product, good price. Delivery was impeccable.

Ordered this my MacBook on Saturday and had it by Wednesday! The macbook was usedvery good but when I got it, it was in like new condition and had a brand new battery on it. The screen and keyboard were clean and everything was in working order! Very happy with this buy and product! Will buy from them again!
