Nothing but problems with this computer since I purchased it. Dell customer service has been absolutely atrocious. I purchased this from an Amazon Marketplace seller Hottech Express. They would not provide me the information I needed to transfer the ownership of this computer to my name. For some reason the warranty is under someone else's name and Dell will not transfer the warranty to my name, regardless of providing them receipts. The product is terrible. Will never purchase another Dell laptop.

I bought this as a gift and looked it over prior to sending it off. Seems to be a nice laptop and is fast. Will let you know if there are any problems later.

i bought this laptop as "new" and turns out it wasn't, i realize this because the laptop is defective.
it overheat and turns off. when i called dell support they told me the warranty was expired. i bought this laptop in november 30th and the laptop is registered under another name since august 13th.
Now the seller won't do anything about it, and amazon cannot do anything about it either.

This laptop is under my expectation. I faced with a problem in the first day, I tried to split Hard drive but it didn't let me to complete this partition. I am not sure all Dell laptops or just this model has this problem. I even couldn't start to windows. I spent to much time to fix this.
