I bought this laptop for personal use. Some of the best features include light weight, latest OS, and best value for money. It is easy to carry around and retains battery for more than 7 hrs after charging it fully. Money best invested.

Excellent computer for the price. I first purchased a DEll for almost twice the price and it did not work at all. After returning it I desided to just buy a cheap computer. Boy was I wrong. This Hp is anything but cheap. I've had it in use now for 6 months and have had no problems at all. Only thing I would recommend is to get rid of the Norton security and use the Windows defender security that is already down loaded on this computer and its free!! I did have issues with Norton and windows 8, but since I switched to windows defender there have been none.

thanks I received my product in Venezuela, although I have not used yet because I have not configured the Spanish I think everything is fine, the keyboard model might be a little dated but that is overshadowed by comparing it with the aesthetic of the other parts team as well as its configuration. I am very happy with the team, I feel very complete in terms of price and value

The computer seems to work ok. It came with Windows 8, so I'm learning a new operating system. My old computer has Windows XP Pro, which I really like, but I see I can do a lot more things with Windows 8. I do like the HP it is a new computer and has more goodies

I was very skeptic of purchasing a refurbished item. But my boyfriend convinced me that it can be just as good as a new item. The computer works for the most part but the battery life is little over an hour, the optical drive doesn't work properly and it came with a scratch. Also, the manual is not very detailed.

Disappointing buy.
