I bought this laptop because I needed the extremely high resolution for work and I thought it had the highest/best resolution on the market. It has lived up to my expectations. The screen is beautiful and I can get a ton of information into a 15 inch screen.

When I am not using it for work, I change the setting on the computer to 125% and that still looks good even thought it's not the recommended setting.

Other than that, I have been very impressed with extremely quick boot-up time. I am coming from a windows 7 laptop that took 30 seconds + to get started so the sub 10 seconds is very nice.

Battery Life is decent, especially when you go to a Balances mode for the screen.

Overall, a very nice laptop that I am enjoying.

I bought this laptop a few weeks ago and I love it. The aluminum finish looks very nice, and the inside is just as good as the outside. Startup and shutdown take mere seconds, and it ranked highly on benchmark tests with its fast CPU speeds. The screen is high-res with sharp text, and the keyboard is very comfortable to type on with a full-size numpad included. There are a total of 3 USB ports, which is convenient for plugging in multiple devices (wireless mouse, phone, etc.). Some people have cited the fan noise as a problem, but it has been pretty much unnoticeable to me, so this is not a problem worth worrying about.

Overall, this is a fantastic laptop that can easily rival Apple's MacBooks and if you have the money to buy it, you will not regret it.

Now I can say why Dell is the one of the BEST company in the WORLD.

Guys I am telling you my PAIN. I have the issues with charging with ASUS laptop and some times it doesn't detect the Hardrive.

I have open a request twice with ASUS and send my laptop to them . The great thing is when i got the laptop with the charger the issue is still there . This is Second time I send my laptop to then and they have just packed again and send back to me. Really my project is delayed and lots of work was pending .My Wife is using the other laptop.

Worst worst worst product quality and service.

And on the other hand I have dell laptop and i got the service at my home and also they changed the mother board with new one . And when the issue occur again then they gave me new laptop.

Today I am very tensed what will happen with my project I have to do a lot but every thing is messed up now . This was my first purchase of Asus Laptop AND SURE THIS WILL BE THE LAST PURCHASE .I am going to post my pain to every site and social sites. Also I am going to Log BBB complaint against this type of HIGHLY imm-professional behavior. If you want to feel my pain just purchase their product . Worst worst worst build quality and worst Product support services.

UPDATE I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I WILL GET THE STATUS UPDATE DAILY BUT TILL NOW NO ONE CALLED ME YET. PLEASE BE CAREFULL WHILE YOU PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM ASUS ,IF CAN ARE READY TO ACCEPT THIS TYPE OF SERVICES THEN GO AHEAD.

Recently I got my ASUS REPAIRED AFTER SENDING THIRD TIME . BUT THE PROBLEM IS ON THE SCREEN THERE WAS SHINY STICKER OF ASUS. BUT AFTER REPAIR I GOT BROKEN ONE OF LETTER ASUS .IN THAT SHINY STIKKER OF ASUS "U" IS MISSING IT LOOKS NOW AS_S. MY FRIENDS WAS LAUGHING ON ME . REALLY DISGUSTING.
