The keypad is difficult to use ... a very strong touch is needed to use it. I also hate the feel of the pad to move the cursor. It actually scrapes my fingertips if I use it for a long time. The computer itself works fine but I really, really am sorry I bought this computer because of the keypad issues.

I was very much concerned about buying a used computer. I have heard of nightmares from different folks, especially those buying from ebay.
My fears were unfounded in this case. The computer works GREAT! I realize that laptops will soon be obsolete, and hoped to be able to save money buying one used. I had a music program that I needed to load on the computer but it required a lot more Ram and Rom than my old laptops have. Brand new, the cost was close to $500.00 so it was great to be able to pay less than half the price and still get what I needed.
This sleek, light computer fulfilled all my computer needs with its speed and storage capacity. The speakers were loud for a laptop, and the keys were find, no sticking.
One of my best buys, as of late.

This is a nice computer. For the price I can't imagine much better. Battery life is good so far, Does great multitasking, I usually run 3 to 6 tabs online at a time and this laptop has been keeping up great, even compared to desktops. And the screen resolution compared to my old laptop blew me away. Also the sleep function is good saves battery life and still wakes up fast. That said room for improvement: the cord is way shorter than I am used to and would be much better in the back and there are lights on both sides that make me crazy at night, I have to unplug it to get the right side to go out and cover the left side to stop the blinking madness. The top while very nice in appearance out of the box, scratches much to easy. Minor set backs in a nice product but annoyed me enough to mention.

This laptop is fast, powerful, and attractive. Great as a work laptop. For gaming, it will work,but if your a serious gamer, I suggest something with a little more RAM. Nice built-in webcam and microphone, and the speakers function loudly and clearly. The keyboard is nice, with large, easy to see letters. I would strongly recommend this laptop.

Works great and was a good dot for my 15 year old who likes to create beats but needed a unit to do school work. Inexpensive but looks expensive.
