Love this laptop. It does everything I require, and the price was wonderful. Even received extras, like the nice leather carrying case, an external mouse, and the power cord. The product arrived even earlier than expected.

Have an Acer Aspire 4730 notebook/laptop which I bought 1 year ago. The USB ports started not to work. I emailed Acer within the 1 year warranty time frame, but they never returned by email. When I called it was 1 week beyond the warranty, and they continued to say they couldn't do anything about it (eventhough I emailed them previously). Very frustrating, and will absolutely never deal with Acer again.

Nice little package with N-Wireless a bonus.Touch Pad is a bit jumpy at times but an external mouse works fine.Battery life just O.K. but I am plugged in most of the time anyway.The price was sweet so overall I am satified.

As computer it is really good. Something is wrong with this particular one because it shuts off for no reason sometimes.
