The screen of the laptop fried in less than three months., begun to display extra bright images on and off, everything was hardy visible, I've already ordered a replacement screen, That kind of things shouldn't happen to a new laptop. Everything else is good, the laptop is very fast.

I received the PC and everything worked as expected. I was given to under stand that this was used as a floor model and it had minor scratches as would be expected and this was fully disclosed in the items description. Very pleased with the machine so far.

Great laptop, no problems for six months now and is on 24/7. The fan gets a little loud but overall a great laptop. Love it. Samsung makes great products.

It's not touch screen with Windows 8, but for the price it's hard to argue against the hardware it has under the hood. Yes, 2013 smartphones will soon be as powerful as this laptop, but for normal use (student, business, general home use, NOT gaming) this laptop is great.

The only nitpick I have on the laptop is no hard switch to disable the touchpad, though it has function keys to do so.
