I ordered a refurbished Dell Laptop computer and was very happy with the quality of the laptop but also with the very short delivery time. It arrived in perfect condition like new with preloaded software, even more than I anticipated, in only 2 days! I wasn't expecting it before 3-5 business days. It was unfortunate but the computer had problems from day one. It had a small window that came up every time the system was booted for no apparent reason, couldn't find me, fan made noise, and other issues. It appeared to be a good computer and fast, couldn 't keep it because of problems. Ordinarily Amazon has provided me with great products every time. Computer has been returned and my money was refunded.

i recomend this product to anyone wanting an excellent lap top. has same quality as new.is not slow and ponderous like my former computer. startup is very fast and since i began using this unit i have had no unit crashes or related problems as with my former equipment.

Very disappointed in this refurbished lap top, it crashed a few months after purchase. I'll never buy refurbished again. It's the second one that crashed.
