Arrived in Dell Manf boxes. Service Tag did indicate a 3YR next business day warranty. The only issue, and it is a big deal, is that it ships with 4gigs of RAM, not the 32gigs advertised.
Frankly, I figured it would be a typo or a fantastic deal. even with the 4 gigs, it's a decent price point.
