Keyboard was broken and they didn't cover the cost to fix it. I ask for my $30 to be refunded and they refused. There was also no wifi card installed that I had to put in.

Great product and great price. The product was shipped as promised and arrived on time. The only thing I would advise to buyers is that Microsoft open office does not have Microsoft word and etc you have to get this separate. All together this was a great purchase.
