I am badly disappointed in my Lenovo X230 Tablet. I received it and set about adding my standard programs with high expectations. At each shut down I had the standard messages from Microsoft updates asking not to shut down until the updates were complete. I had other updates run automatically. The result was the touchpad and fingerprint reader stopped working. After three calls to Lenovo Tech Support, many more updates of drivers, the system was not useable. I wiped the disk twice, reinstalled from the Lenovo resue disk, but again updates were required and I did them and had the same problem. It's not worth the time and trouble! Also, the edges of the touchscreen area are not sensitive and a finger touch will not pull out the menu nor will the pen in done cases.
Buyer beware of buying the new model until all updates are through being made.
