Hi Recieved the laptop on time but the issue was with the battery.Its a brand new laptop hence should expect all the parts to be fine.

The battery shows wrong battery back up times sometimes it shows as 14 hrs remaining and immediately shows 1 hr remaining.Checked with the dell customer care they said the issue is with the battery.

Also when i enter my service tag on the dell website the warranty says only till march 14 wherein i bought it only by sept 2013 . checked again with the dell service and they said they cant help but try with the seller not sure how to contact them

Everything is good but only thing is am facing problems with network connections. Wifi automatically stops working, problem resolves after trouble shooting the network connections

There are marks on the screen that cannot be removed. I would trade it for a new one if I could get all my files, etc. transferred without any work on my part. If those marks were removed, I would give it 5 stars.
