This laptop is an exceptional value. Fast processor and plenty of storage space (750GB). Glad I picked one up. Yes it has Windows 8, and like any other new software system, you will need to "figure some things out" but after a few minutes of browsing around and getting comfortable with it, the laptop is easy to use and Windows 8 is a non-factor. No issues with touch pad being in the way as another user stated.

This model does not have the ability to disable the touch pad. You will very likely erase content that has been typed. I have multiple times. Returning.

Do not like not being able to hit gold star for my favorites. I've lost some of my favorites that I need to contact. I really just don't like Windows 8.
