Bought this over a year ago as a gift to my wife. The only problem I have was a loose power plug receptacle which Asus promptly replace without any expense on my part even shipping. I had to send the laptop to them Doubleboxed in the original box with provided Fedex overnight shipping label and recieved the unit fixedc the same week, sent to me overnight in a very well protected box with the laptop in a bubblewrap case with out the original box I sent. I since then bought my wife a new Touch ultrabook Win8 Asus laptop but I still see her using this one more often. She said this one runs a lot faster than her Ultrabook with dual ssd and HDD drive. I am planning to install a SSD on this to make it even faster.

It's not the adapter, it's the charger inside the laptop, when i use by battery, it's ok, but only plug the charger in the laptop, i see the LIGHTNING in the connection. the power didnt going the battery as well as the laptop without battery. I dont wanna touch it anymore.

This is an excellent product which I have been using heavily over the last two years. It has performed according to my expectations!

What a piece of junk!

A few months after purchasing my HP Probook, it began making an incessant beeping noise, that would begin shortly after starting up and continue until it was powered down. I returned it to the service provider wehre they ran a suite of tests to check everything from overheating to hard drive/motherboard issues. Finally I was told to call HP Customer service for Latin American/Caribbean users. I wont go into too much details about what a pain that was from difficulties getting through, to being routed to the "right" division, to the language barrier with the Customer Service Reps. Finally, after several calls, it was decided that the issue was the keyboard (If you think this is unlikely, so did I,) Needless to say the keyboard was replaced, but the problem continued. I had to start the entire process all over againthis time they said it was the battery. Weeks later, I finally got the battery, but it was the wrong battery for my laptop model. Finally,on the third try, I got the right battery. By this time, its been two months since I first reported the problem The beeping issue stopped for two months, then started up again. Then the "new" battery died five months after being replaced.

Now, of course the laptop is no longer under warranty and HP informs me that they already "fixed the problem" and closed the case.

I have definitely learned my lesson, I will never buy another HP laptop again. I have had a Lenovo laptop which has given me no problems at all in over three years. So from now on Lenovo or Mac are the choices for me.

Great computer!!

Fast: Core I3 + 4GB DDR3?? Awesome for this price...

Beautiful. Neat. Sober. Love it.

Both cooler and DVD drive are extremely quiet.

Doesn't heat up, not even during high processor workload.

Sound is not good: if you demand high sound quality, this is not for you; TRUST ME.

Shipping was flawless and the product was in perfect shape.

Purchased this laptop to replace my first and more expensive laptop. By far, this machine is tops in its class. It is fast, quiet, cool, and runs everything I throw at is just fine. The only downside, is that the sound quality is minimal at best. The battery life on this unit is about 6 hours with normal power settings.

The 2010 11" Macbook Air is truly revolutionary. Its amazing that such a tiny computer can be so powerful and useful.

I had a 2009 13" Macbook Pro. Its had a much faster CPU, yet when I timed all the typical activities I do on a computer, the Macbook Air came out on top every time. The reason? The screaming fast SSD makes more of a difference in my usage than the faster CPU.

Overall a great little machine. The display takes some getting used to because its a higher DPI, text ends up smaller. Ends up with lots of information packed into the screen. I've become used to it and like it. Its also handy that Lion has several handy ways to zoom, including option-two finger scroll, and double tap in Safari. Also command + will enlarge text in browsers. Lion also has full screen mode which can help.

At home, I plug into a 28" monitor to get serious work done. For my use the 4GB RAM upgrade was a necessity. It cannot be upgraded later. I went with the 128GB SSD which is the minimum I could live with.

I love that I have a powerful system and huge display when I need it at home, and a tiny ultra-portable that I don't have to worry about taking everywhere with me.

Only downside is the cost. Low entry price but the upgrades really add up.

This is my THIRD HP business tablet (2710p, 2730p, and 2740p). You can find my review of the 2710p and 2730p somewhere on Amazon. The fact that this is the THIRD HP tablet I bought should tell you something.

I can't find my model, so I added to the model with the most reviews. Mine has is i7/160GB SSD/8GB RAM with an outdoor screen (higher contrast for use outdoors). This thing SCREAMS!!!!!! This one is SOOOO much faster than every other laptop I've ever used. I work at a place with hundreds of laptops and thousands of desktops, and every computer technician who comes to my office to set somethig up says "WHOA, this thing is FAST!"

The positives (some is repeated from my 2730p review because the format is so similar):

+ FAAAASST! It boots in

I became scared when I read the 3 negative reviews that appeared the day after I purchased this computer, but I decided not to cancel the order. I am glad I did not, because it has turned out to be a very nice computer. I have had very good experiences with Gateway computers in the past; this is why I opted for a Gateway computer again.

One of the negative reviews mentioned a "cursor jumping" problem with this computer. Even though I am not aware of this problem in this particular model (at least so far), I know that this issue can be solved by disabling the "tapping" option on the mouse touchpad (I found out about this because I bought a netbook that had this same problem); this implies having to use the buttons below the touchpad to click and double-click, but this is something you can get used to very quickly. This computer did have an issue with the touchpad being too sensitive, but that was fixed by going to the Windows Control Panel and reducing the touchpad's tapping sensitivity.

All in all, I am very happy with the purchase, and I would more than likely purchase another Gateway if I had to buy another computer in the near future.

My first laptop was a Gateway that I bought in 2006, so after serving me well for almost 6 years, it was time to get a new laptop. After comparing many brands, I decided to go with what's familiar to meGateway. Granted, the company was purchased by Acer a few years ago (no wonder I couldn't find many "Gateway" branded laptops), so I was worried that there might be a loss in quality. Once I received it, I can say that it is on par with the other laptops in this price point.

I've had this laptop for a month now and I am very satisfied with it. The case is made with the typical shiny, smooth, plastic you'd find on many laptops these days. I have to warn people to be careful sliding their fingers or hands around the edge of the screen because it might be sharp enough to give you a nice little cut if you run your hand across it fast enough (think papercut). The case seems rather thin to me in comparison to my old laptop, but I'm pretty careful so I'm not too worried about damaging it. Also, the case is prone to fingerprints. Be prepared to wipe it down a lot if you don't like that sort of thing.

I was worried when others said they had problems with the keyboard because I'm a blogger, but I adjusted to the layout and chiclet keys quickly. I'm typing with the same speed and accuracy as I did on my old laptop. The only gripe I have is that the spacebar doesn't always work when tapped. I will admit that is kind of annoying, but it doesn't happen often enough for me to dislike this laptop. Also, I had the adjust the touchpad settings right out of the box, so you may have to adjust it too before you begin to use it. Haven't had any problems with the cursor jumping aroundand hopefully I never will!

The screen is fine but shiny, so you will experience glare under bright lights. I read a review elsewhere about the poor speakers on this system, but it's not as bad as they make it seem. I watch TV on my laptop and the sound is just fine in a quiet room. If you have other things going on in the background, for instance, if you're in a public establishment, then the sound will be inadequate. Most laptops don't come with booming speakers anyway.

The bootup time on this is pretty fast. I use my laptop daily for editing images (simple edits, nothing major), uploading media to my site, surfing the net with dozens of browser tabs open at the same time, watching videos, playing music, and creating documents with MS Word. I can do all of those tasks simultaneously with no problems. The core i3 processor and 4 gigs of RAM are perfect for my needs. Hopefully it will behave when I install Adobe Illustrator. And the battery really does last for 5 hours when fully charged! This is a huge plus for me. It doesn't take that long to get fully charged either, so that's another plus. As others have mentioned, the laptop runs extremely cool. I've only felt it get warm maybe 2 or 3 times, and it was just lukewarm, not hot like my old laptop.

This system does not come with a recovery disc. I bought some DVD-Rs and made recovery discs with the wizard, which was a simple process (and only took 4 discs). You can also make a backup of your Gateway drivers on a separate disc using the same wizard. The power adapter port is featured on the left side of the laptop, which is an improvement from my old Gateway that had the port located in the backa location I always found annoying. I don't care too much for the new way the laptop screens open and close...it's like a snapping action and I always cringe when I close my laptop and the screen snaps down rather hard. I try to open and close it as gently as possible to prevent possibly damaging the bezel or the hinges.

As another reviewer mentioned, there is no built-in Bluetooth. It's odd because even my old Gateway had Bluetooth, but when researching laptops, I noticed many new systems are built without it. I don't know if Bluetooth is going to be phased out eventually, but I don't think the lack of Bluetooth should stop someone from purchasing this laptop. Just buy a USB Bluetooth adapter. I haven't tried the Wi-Di yet, but I'm planning to as I find a wifi adapter for my TV. I also haven't used the webcam yet. I will eventually install Tango and give it a try. There is a cute little useless dedicated key on the keyboard for social networking. I've never used it, so I don't have anything to say about it except that it is there if you need it. Haha.

I am happy with my choice thus far. I will update if I run into any failures.

I had an Acer mini laptop which I sold before buying this computer. I had been searching for months for a brand that people don't complaint too much about. I decided to buy a Gateway Laptop because my dad has one and it have been working pretty well for a year now. I liked it so I bought this one for myself. Very good Laptop, The only problem is that it has poor speakers. Everything sounds too low for my taste! I first graded it 5 stars but now just 3! I'm gonna keep reviewing!

July/4/2012:

I totally now recommend this computer! It is almost a month a not a single bad thing has happened. The problem with the sound is over because I found out a way to resolve it. The keyboard is not as bad as people said in past reviews, you just have to get used to it as with everything in life! 5 stars back for it!

Something I love of this computer is the touchpad that makes you feel like you are dealing with a Mac touchpad.

Here are the tips for the sound in case you decide to buy it:

I right-clicked the sound icon on the task bar and choose the sound option. Then in the playback option selected speakers (Realtek High Def audio) and clicked on properties and chose the Enhacements option. There I clicked on the disable sound effects option and Whalaaa! Super high volume!

Honest reviews on Gateway NV57H54u 15.6-Inch Laptop (Black)

Maybe its because I bought mine new or something, but I've had this computer for 5 months and I've had no problems. Good graphics, spacious hard drive, and works fast. Not a ton of bloatware though I'd recommend getting rid of Norton Security after the 30 day trial is done. All in all this is a great laptop.

P.S: I'll update the review after another 3 months or so.

EDIT: 9/24/13 This laptop is still running great! The battery doesn't retain as much charge as it used to but all in all everything is great.

K ... had this laptop for 3 months so far. Changed the HHD to SSD so the warranty is now officially bleeped. The screen is great & at the time I purchased mine it was the cheapest i5 I could possibly find course now it's $50 cheaper here on Amazon. Oh Well. Not sure how long it's gonna last since Acer bought Gateway awhile back. Gateway use to make rock solid PC's my wife & I still have 8 year old P4's. I cranked up the power supply in mine to a 500 watter & natural upgrades 500gig HD, 3rd party Video card, max ram, replaced the CPU cooler on both PC's years back but consider both beasts run 24x7x365 never had a issue. It'll be interesting to see just how long this little beastie lasts.

Got this as a lightning deal and was a little worried since there were only 2 reviews that weren't the best, but have been pleasantly surprised. We did a lot of research prior to stumbling upon this laptop. Were looking for a budget PC for around $500 that had plenty of memory, windows 7, fast processor, and ability to use as work/home on the go computer. Out of the box it does come loaded with a lot of Toshiba non-sense but a free downloaded start-up mechanic helped us remove all the stuff that we didn't want and now it starts even faster. Takes about 40 seconds to start fully up and connect to our wireless. Out of the box it took about a minute with all the Toshiba stuff, but now is much faster and the intel processer makes it feel like you could have 20 things going at once with no speed delays! It's about 5 pounds and it feels like a mini-laptop when toting it around, but is much faster and screen resolution is really great compared to our 2 year-old 17 inch laptop!

It took about an hour to update all the windows software that was out of date, but with the processor and memory space, it would have probably taken double to triple that on a different machine.

All in all, this is a pretty good budget friendly laptop that is very mobile and actually performs very well when tasked with having an Excel spreadsheet and word document open, 3 internet explorer windows and photo-shop photo editing all at the same time. I think the price of around $500 is a very reasonable deal and although it takes a bit of getting used to the smaller keyboard/screen compared to my old 17-inch it's been well worth it thus far! Would recommend this machine to anyone who needs a basic laptop to take to work and use as a personal machine at home.

I used this laptop for 3 weeks after getting a great "lightning deal" of $430. So it was worth a try with good application performance and adequate screen and keyboard. Downsides for me are that it is much heavier and gets about half the battery life as the Portege R835 we purchased last spring. I would have kept the L735 because of the great price but the breaking point came during a "recommended" bios update from Toshiba which led to a "verify error" and a dead machine. I've seen reports of this happening to other Satellite owners so I no longer trust the L735 and am replacing it with another Portege. If you get a Satellite, I'd recommend not doing a flash bios update yourself and if the machine is working ok, just leave it alone.

Honest reviews on Toshiba Satellite L735-S3375 13.3-Inch Laptop

Received this on Monday after ordering it on Black Friday morning...

I was going to wait until closer to Christmas for prices to drop but couldn't pass this buy up. This is my 2nd Toshiba laptop. That one is a Qosmio that is 5 years old that the family is now using. I wanted something smaller and lighter to carry back and forth to work. This is ideal! Also, since my hands are small the keyboard is the perfect size. It doesn't have Bluetooth, which I can live without, but it has every thing else I was looking for and the case is beautiful.

Merry Christmas to me!!!

All I can say is Wow, what a horrible experience I had with this Toshiba Laptop! I bought this item using an Gold Deal for a fair price. I was looking for a small laptop for basic items and easy portability. This seemed to fit the need with an i5 processor and decent memory and hard drive space. At first everything seemed to work fine then about a week later I started to have trouble with charging the battery. It would not charge while plugged in and drain the battery when the AC adapter was plugged in. I called Toshiba and they told me it was an AC power adapter and they would send me one but would have to charge me for it! I was shocked, this laptop was only a couple weeks old and they would charge me 91 dollars for an AC adapter. After getting the new AC adapter, the unit still had the same problem but now it would not hold a charge in the battery for more than a day when shut off. I contacted them again and they said they would not replace the unit but if I sent it in to their repair facility they would attempt a repair and send it back! This could have taken 6-8 weeks to accomplish!!! At this time I was completely frustrated and boxed the unit back up and returned it to Amazon. The only good thing I can say about this whole mess is Amazon was quick and prompt with the return process and made the transaction virtually painless! If only Toshiba had this level of service maybe I would still have the machine and be using it today!

Probook 4720S 17.3'
Customer Ratings: 3 stars

I purchased this laptop six weeks ago. It has 4 gigs of ram and that is plenty for running six programs at once glitch free and speedily. The computer is attractive but is very prone to smudges from finger prints just as stainless appliances and glossy black finishes are.

This is a nice high performance computer, but the design engineers need to be rebuked for some simpleton design flaws. The unique touchpad is very poorly designed! The left and right click buttons are part of the touchpad and are not separate buttons. That means as you touch the buttons and every time your finger slides slightly across the button, you will likely miss whatever you want to click on. A separate mouse is needed to work efficiently. Test this in a realistic way and make sure you can live with it or get an external mouse before you buy it!

Most laptops are designed with the USB ports toward the rear so that you don't have cords laying on your desk where you use your mouse and write. However HP put all four USB ports at the front left and right corners. Now I have plugs and cords protruding further into my workspace so that there is even less usable surface area on my desk and this can interfere with mouse movement. This extra-wide laptop takes up 16.1 inches of the surface area of my desk. Protruding plugs use up another 1.75 inches on each side. With cords laying in front of the DVD/CD tray it is a minor challenge to open and close the tray. The ethernet port also is near the USB ports and there is not one port in the back end of the computer. The SD card slot and headphone jacks are nicely located with easy access in the front.

The first day the operating system crashed and I had to format the hard drive and perform a full system restore to the original state. This was due to me alternately hitting the buttons to disable and enable the touchpad and wireless feature (do not test that). This cost me most of a day's worth of time. Subsequently the computer is working exceptionally smoothly and quickly (I am very pleased with the performance). I like the features of the 4720s for the money. The keyboard has space between the keys which allows my fat-finger typing style to not hit two keys at once.

Because I do not know of a better computer for me, I plan on keeping this 4720s. For now I only need 2 USB ports full time and plugged them in on the left side (opposite side of the DVD/CD tray which I rarely use). And I use my external mouse on the right side.

You really can't go wrong with this deal at Target. We're talkin' Win 7 64 bit, 3 USB ports, HDMI, cardreader, 4 gig ram, 320 gig HD, 15" display, 6 cell batt, Intel CPU, DVD burner. I'm continually amazed at these prices and values. Picked one up for the in-laws so grampa could have his own laptop! For web browsing, pictures, and the basics, you don't need to spend over $350 with today's prices.

My only complaint is the Function keys are reversed (why would they do that??). If you want to use the actual F1-F12 keys, you need to hold down the FN key. This means that these keys work directly to enable/disable things like wi-fi and trackpad etc. So if grampa inadvertently hits the F3 key, he'll turn off the wi-fi. I don't think this was a smart decision by Acer/Gateway.

UPDATED Never mind my complaint about the function keys! As noted in the comment section, this can be changed in the BIOS setup SWEET!!

Also got this for $250 from Target. I only got it since I had the top end model since 2010. The only difference between the two is the CPU one Intel this one and the other is AMD. Both dual core 2.0GHz vs 1.7GHz in this one. But the L2 cache is 2MB instead of 1MB in the one I had. Same 4GB of RAM but this one can be upgraded to 8GB. Both have the same LED/LCD HD panel. Mine has optional Blue-Ray player that gives you higher contrast panel very deep blacks. Other than that the keys placement is the same. You'll learn to live with it in time. For the price this is not a bad laptop if your in the market for one. The Target sale will end when they're gone no rain checks. But if you can get one or more time is right to give all your kids and you and the wife one. Can't go wrong with this purchase. It only comes in one color black with touch of grey. Panel is glossy ultra bright you want that type of panel you don't want flat matted type ones are washed out look and older technology LCD it has to be LED which this one is.

3x USB ports

1x Full HDMI port

1x SDHD Card Port

1x Power

1x Stereo Head phones

The one I have has all of that plus red amber lite soft touch controls. Still this one not that heavy like the one I have. If you able to get on one buy it!

Update 8.12.12

Had order additional 4GB from Amazon for $21 and install it. Now 8GB with 7.48GB usable. Index rating gone up from out to the box 4.5, then tweaked changing the system from the default power (Balance) to High Power 4.9 and now it's 5.0.

1. Before you do anything with this tablet you need to get Norton Removal tool too take off the bloatware.

Run that twice. Freeware just search for it on Google

2. Run Pc-Decrapifier (freeware) That finds everything you have installed and then you choose what to take off. Hint keep all ACER software.

3. SmartDefrag (freeware) use that for boot defrag, MFT, pagefile and system. Set to once every first boot

4. Slimcleaner or Cloud System Booster (both freeware) or ToolWiz Care freeware

Do 1 thru 4 and that laptop will be quicker.

I have to say this is a great little laptop for the low price of 249.99 at Target and with the "red card" they took an additional 5% off.

I can't say enough good about it for the money.

It has 4GB of DDR3 Dual Channel memory for fast everything!

A 1.7Ghz Dual Core processor is plenty fast enough for everything i do daily on this laptop.

Youtube videos are crystal clear and in HD thanks to the Intel HD card with 128 of dedicated memory and up to 1700 shared.

It has a very good webcam with built in microphone and is very clear on Skype.

For what i paid i am extremely happy to have this as an "everyday use" system.

I have owned about every brand of laptop from low end to high end and this one, well, i have no complaints.

After 3 months and 10 days of using my Pc ,, some keys stopped working, I called the support, the brilliant guy told me i have to restore the computer because some keys may not be balanced, I told him this is a hardware problem and no need to restore,, anyway he insisted, I had no choice, I did restore it. The computer could not boot after restore at all, I called again another person said that I have to reset the computer to factory default or send it to them to reset it and I have to agree that I will lose data. I chose to do it myself and at least save my time, following his instructions the computer was back to its original factory default, and my keys are still not working, I could not connect to internet because some password items were among those non functioning keys. I called again they said I have to send it to them on my own expense but they will send it back to me on their expense, after one week of waiting they called me saying the computer is on hold for $199 because after opening it they found fluid residue and that is not covered under warranty. I refused to pay, I thought it is not worth it to pay $199 to fix a $340 computer.I would rather go for a new tablet. They send it 2 days later by FedEx in the exact same condition it was . End results I lost my data, I lost my time, I lost my money and I have a useless piece of electronics.Plus I don`t recall any fluid spells at all. Please think twice before dealing with this product. If there is no stars at all I would do that but I had to color that single hardly deserved star.

I bought this laptop as mainly something to carry around with me and do my writing on. For that, it works fantastically. Because it's Windows 8, I can separate the windows and write while I'm looking at reference material. But I'm also a gamer, and while I will need to buy a mouse to play more free-moving games like MMO's and FPS's that I tend to play, it plays RTS's and the KOTOR series just fine with the mousepad, despite it's overall lack of sensitivity.

Windows 8 is by far the hardest thing to get used to, especially with the special swipes you can use with the mousepad.

This is a fantastic system, and I recommend it to anyone needing something ultra-portable and that will handle what they want.

I love the laptop but not Windows 8. Great value. A lot cheaper than Macbook Air. I hope it remains as stable.

Best Deals for HP Pavilion 14-b110us 14-Inch Sleekbook (Silver)

Bought this machine because the price was right and I needed upgrade from my ancient Dell desktop that I've nursed along since 2002 (bought it for college).

Out of the box, two things immediately jumped out: this thing doesn't weigh much more than a hardcover book, and good lord, is HP's "helper" application ever going to let me just use the computer?

First, the good stuff. The display is great, doesn't wash out from the sides or above/below nearly as badly as some machines on the market. The case feels sturdy enough, and the brushed aluminum looks sharp. Everything for your peripherals is easily accessible, and even without a latch, the clamshell action of the lid opening and closing seems to stay where you want it. Your various keys for screen brightness, volume for both external speakers as well as headphones, and wireless connectivity are all easily reachable and clearly defined on the keyboard, making it easy to adjust these settings to your preference right out of the box.

The cons? Not too many, Windows 8 notwithstanding, though that's not an HP problem but rather a discussion about the fundamental merits/detriments about the newest Windows platform, which HP has no control over. The BIOS setup is about like you'd expect, and for those interested in that stuff, easy to access as long as you're paying attention. The AMD dual core processor keeps things cooking along nicely, even with Windows 8 being slightly more resource heavy than Windows 7. I thought of investing in more memory, since Win8 takes 2 gigs to run, and this only has 4, but I plan to dual boot at a later date anyway. However, you're looking to be resource heavy, it might be worth it to evaluate your memory needs.

HP's updater is irritating beyond belief. Unlike Windows, where I can simply shut off notifications because I'm not a tech infant, these things insist on me updating completely ancillary programs that I don't use, such as CyberLink Media Suite. I realize that this may be aimed at people who are new to computing and/or haven't worked in tech as I have, but making the settings to shut down notification/automatic updates more visible and accessible should be a priority.

The integrated webcam is just like any other webcam that is immobilized in the clamshell...to have a good display while you video chat, you have to angle the camera in such a way that you'll have a lot of headspace over your outgoing picture. Can't be helped. The picture is clear, and the integrated microphone seems to pick things up reasonably well. I don't do much video chatting, so this really is beyond my scope of experience.

External speakers are tinny and underpowered, but that's par for the course with external speakers. Buy yourself a decent set of headphones and make sure your media player has some parametric EQ.

Not a bad little machine for the price. I'll say this, though, I'm trying to dual boot Ubuntu, and the UEFI crap is making it remarkably difficult. Without going into tech nerd specifics, just know that if your'e interested in dual booting a secondary OS, Windows 8 is a bratty, petulant, and jealous only child who does NOT want you to play with others. Do your homework before you go in, and you'll save yourself some headaches.

I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a laptop rather than a tablet/netbook platform. My complaints are either about equipment I don't utilize (webcam, external speakers) or about the fact that the machine isn't catering to my demands which generally exceed the average user's desires from a computer (dual booting, worrying about system resources, BIOS setup). I've been thoroughly satisfied with it when looking at it objectively from a non-tech nerd perspective, and pleased with my venture away from Dell, which had been my desktop/notebook experience for a number of years.

Of course this computer is no new or top of the line, but for the price it is a great value. I bought this as a gift for my niece. She wanted a laptop computer and even with the cost of laptops being so low I wasn't looking to spend $300 for a new one. She will be using this for school to do research, type up papers etc and this will more that fit the bill for her needs. The only extra I needed to buy for it was a network dongle and its all set. I think she will like this gift. I know I was impressed for what I got for the price. Lets face it, it works!

This was a used machine which I expected would be in fairly rough shape. To my pleasant surprise, it was in pristine condition. I have no complaints whatsoever. There is no BS here. All of their representations were accurate from condition of the product to when it would be delivered. Go with this company.
