The lap top came in the mail fast and on time. It was refurbished and set up to use right away including anti-virus and software. The bonus was the battery life is almost three hours.It is xp which is my favorite and very fast.

The works of the lap top are ok after cleaning out the problems. the battery is bad and have to buy a new one. If it is refurbished the battery should be new or be able to take a charge.

I was a little sceptical at first when I bought this however, I received the product sooner then anticipated and I have to say this works better then the brand new computer my mother purchased. The unit is superfast and responds well to all my needs. I would buy another factory certified unit again should the need ever arise.

I've purchased more expensive laptops in the past with no luck so decided to try another refurbished computer. Computer is a little slow, and had to install own antivirus protection and well as Office, but otherwise not a bad laptop.
