While I'm typing along the cursor jumps unexpectedly to another location in the text. I have to search to see where it went. I don't know why it happens. Any ideas?

I am very unsatified with this laptop.It still has a old video card in it you cant play screensavers or games also you cant play DVD movies because the software is incompatible. This was a Christmas gift for my wife now im going to have to send it back or spend more money just so she can use it.Why would someone sell something that some cant use when thay get it!!!
