I got the laptop for my high school aged child. She is very happy with it. Delivery was wonderful -we were able to provide a phone number so the delivery service could text us that the box had been delivered. It wasn't a large box either, fitting neatly behind our storm door. The set up was an absolute breeze and she's had it for more than a month now and very satisfied. Good experience, WAY BETTER than going the big box store.

Worked well for first 90 days. On day 91 it kept losing internet connectivity as I use wireless. Chat person was nice and we tried many fixes to no avail. They had me send it back to Texas. The tech did nothing. Said it worked and mailed it back. It worked for about a month and now here it goes again with the same problem. Acer is the WORST! I own a Samsung (my husband uses it) and now just bought a Dell Inspirion, we had one before and it was great. So, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time with ACER. I still have the manufacturers warranty active and also have a 2 year extended warranty that I had the foresight to buy. My Toshiba laptop motherboard went out one month after warranty expired and they wouldn't help me a bit, so I bought this Acer. So far I feel it is superior in everyway to the Toshiba (both were comparably equipped. Too bad, Toshiba, I was a loyal customer until you did that to me. I feel this Acer will last me a long time.
