Purchased this computer and when it arrived the charger didn't work. When I contacted the company they stated they knew there was a problem with the transformer and issued me a $20.00 credit to buy another one. So, I bought another one and when I hooked it up the computer said the battery is bad. Now I am once again attempting contact with the seller and still don't have a computer that I can run via the battery (only plugged in) . What a dragThe first one crashed after a few days. It was quickly replaced. The new one works great and is a bargain that the price I purchased it -under $500.
