Have not had any issues with this laptop, it is quick and responsive. I would recommend this laptop. We do not use the machine as a gaming machine, so I can not vouch for it for games.In January 2013 the Wi-FI stopped working correctly, it could not maintain a connection.
After installing an usb wi-fi, the internal wi-fi would try to shut the usb wi-fi down,
finally was able to turn off the interinal wi-fi so that it would stop interfering.
Have not found a solution to the internal wi-fi issue.

I have this laptop, one of the best investments I have made. Very solid machine, does all tasks and solidly built.Webcam is HD quality.
I have no other complaints at all whats ever.
It was the best $699 I ever spent!
