After less than six months from purchase, the pixels started dying on my screen. I first went to the online chat and was directed to the service request. The form would not accept any characters, and there was no record of my registering my laptop (I always do). Then I called tech support who said I needed a serial number from the bottom of the laptop, there is none. It may have wiped away? No other numbers wiped away. I ended up going back to best buy who says this is a common problem with this laptop and with Samsung. Glad I sprang for the extended warranty because best buy fixed what Samsung wouldn't!Besides the crappy display and customer support, the laptop does what I wanted it to do. I can create documents while streaming video. The video chat has been a great way for the kids to talk to grandparents and the games I play work fine. I would not suggest hardcore gaming with it, but I haven't had any problems with simulation games.
