**Edit** The first laptop was shipped to me with some damage to it. After contacting the seller, they shipped a new model out to me, giving me the ability to swap the hard drives and send back the damaged one with the UPS guy! Well done!

This is a very good laptop. Even though it's large one, but it's fast and good. I have problems in dealing with windows 8 but it's ok. This laptop heat up but not too high if used for more than an hour. It's refurbished but perform like new. Tried the computer for one week now. Seems to be as expected, It is quite fast for my applications, but I do not use it for gaming, just business applications. For the specs, it is an excellent price. Like the specs and especially the back lit keyboard after the problem with seeing the keys with my last HP notebook. Not thrilled with windows 8. I find that a huge step back from Window 7 but not an option in this case. Excellent bargain. I am an HP fan. This replaces a four year run with another HP laptop. Very happy with their reliability and performance.
