Acer is a good quality product and the i3 is fast, but definitely more affordable than the i5 or i7, which is why I chose it. You will have to buy a Microsoft Office, as it does not come with the computer, but for the price, it's still good.

Got this for a Christmas present from Walmart.First the good part: it weighs much less than my old Acer, it cost $338.00, has a webcam [works fine], it is very quiet, and everything seems to be working normally.
Second: I received some vista cd's [btw this is a windows 7] and I can't seem to download them and so far they will not allow XP either.
That's about it right now will see about it in about a month. Anne from Indiana
