The shipper did not include a recovery CD as promised in the description. The hard drive, and RAM are powerful, but the computer's cursor is jumpy and difficult to control (this was a refurbished model). The area on the laptop that affects the cursor is probably dirty. Also, I wonder why the fan doesn't work, or is it not supposed to have one. I'll have to look that up. I was concerned about giving feedback, because I don't like to offend. Before buying anything from this seller, I would make a copy of the description, make him document everything in emails before purchase.
